We are not just practising immigration law;
we are sculpting a compelling brand from our cumulative successes with past and current clients.
The principal of DH Law is Kwong Fai (Danny) HO, who has been practising immigration law since 2006. In 2013, he set up DH Law with a specialisation in migration law. Danny's MBA qualification empowers him to understand the challenges and opportunities that business migration clients face.
Danny has over a decade's experience in providing immigration services across various types of visa applications and immigration appeals. From 2008 to 2016, Danny was a member of the Auckland District Law Society (ADLS) Immigration and Refugee Committee of New Zealand (ADLS changed its name to The Law Association of New Zealand Incorporated from 1 October 2023).
On a regular basis, Danny travels abroad to meet business partners and prospective clients. In recent years, he has delivered multiple immigration seminars offshore. In 2013, for example, a group of high-net-worth individuals and professionals attended a seminar that Danny presented at the Westpac Banking Corporation in central London.
We are a firm focussing on our clients' needs. We bring a caring approach to clients. We offer a high-quality service built on a set of values and a significant depth of expertise.
We provide tailored assessments and fixed fees for our legal services to ensure transparency and budget certainty.
We love and enjoy what we are doing. Our point of difference is to prioritise a high level of client satisfaction. For instance, our team offers the competitive advantage of spoken and written fluency in Chinese in addition to English.
